How you support our team

You take ownership of structuring and standardizing reporting processes to ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
You lead the analysis of business data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across departments
You design and implement scalable reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making
You act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, translating complex business questions into clear and actionable insights
You manage reporting requirements, drive alignment across teams, and continuously improve data processes and visibility

What sets you apart

You hold a degree in business, economics, analytics, or a related field
You bring 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar data-focused role
You have advanced Excel skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI
You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured and proactive work style
You have experience managing stakeholders, aligning priorities, and independently driving reporting initiatives
You have advanced English knowledge

Working Conditions:

Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)

Work Arrangement:

4 days a week
1 day remotely from home.

The job may occasionally require temporary business travel to our headquarters in Germany.
