How you support our team

• You oversee and coordinate the entire project process and strategic development of hardware and electronic products from the first sketch to production release in collaboration with the team
• You act as project manager between design, development, marketing, purchasing, and management
• Modern design briefings and manufacturing specifications come easily to you
• You handle price calculations and align with management
• You are in close contact with product manufacturing in China
• You are familiar with creating professional 2D/3D visualizations
• You continuously keep an eye on current trends and competitors in the market to ensure we consistently develop state-of-the-art solutions
• You support the further development of internal processes and design standards
  

What sets you apart

• You have a university degree in industrial/product design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable education
  
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the development of hardware products and the management of development processes
  
• You are a creative mind with a structured working style and a high level of creative and technical understanding
• You bring a lot of empathy and a sense for aesthetic design close to the user experience
  
• You are experienced in the development and design of technical products
• You feel at home using CAD systems (preferably Rhino)
  
• Fluent English skills are a must-have, good German skills are a plus 
• The ability to analyze development processes and continuously optimize them to increase efficiency
• Experience in using modern tools and methods for project organization 
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic market environment
• Independent, structured way of working and resilience even under time pressure
• Willingness to travel completes your profile (especially regular visits to the main office in Berlin)

Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)

• 4 days a week
