Order Management Specialist

How you support our team
  • You place and process B2B orders and handle all related order management activities according to customer and internal guidelines
  • You align closely with logistics to ensure deadlines are communicated, discussed and met
  • You are responsible for the complete invoicing process, attending to all specifications (routes and taxes, sales conditions, fulfilment types, etc.)
  • You have a strong accounting focus (dunning, monitoring of payments, payment allocation, payment postings, account reconciliation)
  • You work closely with different departments to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled
  • You manage and process RMAs and all issues with deliveries
  • You are responsible for customer support and special inquiries
  • You take care of customer data maintenance
  • You cooperate closely with our sales representatives and other departments (including logistics, finance, operations, qm, etc.)
What sets you apart
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and gained some professional experience          
  • You can organize yourself very well and you understand commercial and operational processes      
  • You have a systematic working method and a high degree of adherence to deadlines, even with a heavy workload                       
  • You have excellent MS-Office skills, and you are familiar with common CRM-software
  • You are a big team player with strong communication skills         
  • You have a high level of customer orientation                       
  • Your English skills are very good, foreign language skills are an asset

Working Conditions:
Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)
Work Arrangement:
** 4 days a week
** 1 day remotely from home.

The job may occasionally require temporary business travel to our headquarters in Germany.
