How you support our team

You help to better understand and optimize the business on the basis of figures, analyses and insights
You generate customer insights by analyzing the behavior of our customers on the basis of usage data and customer interactions and jointly derive strategic recommendations for action from the results
You develop data products such as Nest Best Offer, Forecasting, Shopping Cart Analysis, Customer Scoring, Potential Analysis, Churn Prediction, Channel Efficiency & Attribution, etc.
You create and develop relevant reports and ad hoc analyses in close cooperation with the stakeholders

What sets you apart

You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on (business) computer science, business mathematics, statistics, econometrics or a comparable degree program
You already have 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics, preferably in the e-commerce environment
You have very good knowledge in the flexible, explorative analysis of large data sets and the reliable use of corresponding analysis tools and languages like R, Python, SQL , Knime, Excel, Power BI etc..
You also have very good knowledge in the area of predictive analytics and data mining
High analytical competence, agile mindset and pragmatic, solution-oriented work are your strengths
Personally, you are characterized by an independent way of working, strong communication and organizational skills, as well as very good presentation skills.
Customer orientation, strong teamwork skills and business fluent English round off your profile

Working Conditions:

Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)

Work Arrangement:

4 days a week
1 day remotely from home.

Travel:

The job may occasionally require temporary business travel to our headquarters in Germany.
